Fit Utah Mom
Hello. I am a working mom of three beautiful children and married to a wonderful man.
I have been working out now for a while now, but have seriously hit a wall with my weightloss. This is my final push to lose those last few baby pounds. I am starting a new chapter in my life. I want to be fit. I’m tired of my jeans fitting small and that darn muffin top that hangs over my jeans. I want a lean body that I can show off to anybody at any time of the year.
I found a quote that fits me perfectly. “I don’t think I’m fat, but I have fat to lose.” I know I’m not fat, but I want to be lean. This is also a perfect place for me to vent and journal without any criticism. This is a perfect place for me to just BE ME.
I have currently started working with weights. It’s bitter sweet. I have grown to love cardio and wish i could just do that all the time. I haven’t worked with weights since high school.
My weight loss goal honestly I’m not sure how much I want to loose. Like I said before, I just want to be lean.
My fitness goals, strength training class 2 days a week. They kick my but and don’t think I could handle more than that right now. Cardio 3+ days a week. I hope to start training for another half marathon and shave 45 to 60 minutes off my time from this year.
